GT Workforce has contracts with renown European recruitment agencies dealing with technical personnel. All agencies are screened by us and meet the demands which we set for our personnel. In our database we have mainly English, German and Polish agencies, who can deliver one or more of the disciplines provided by GT Workforce, these include cable-layers, construction welders, pipefitters, engineers, (see full list in the Work – Disciplines). GT Workforce guarantees that all its personnel hold a Safety Certificate (VCA in NL) and an E-101 work permit, additionally we require each person to have proficiency in the English language.
GT Workforce is responsible in maintaining high-quality personnel, and we are always the first contact point. GT Workforce has its
office close to the building site and therefore in close proximity to our personnel. Capacity needs can be quickly and adequately
resolved, in order to guarantee the continuation of your work processes. Accommodations for personnel will be arranged by GT Workforce,
as we feel this extra service is self-evident of our service quality standards. We are also capable in giving VCA / SCC training and

Equipment
GT Workforce also provides technical equipment for rent. We offer a wide assortment of welding machines and cranes. From our own
storage warehouse we are capable of delivering materials which are needed in a short period of time. GT Workforce also delivers work
clothing such as safety-glasses, overalls, work gloves, jackets, working boots and warm underclothing.
