GT Workforce functions as an intermediary in the technical recruitment sector, supplying a broad range of medium- and
high-skilled disciplines.
Our contract partners consist of a number of technical recruitment agencies carefully selected to provide the highest
quality labour to (sub)contractors in on- and off-shore projects in Eemshaven.
In addition, several contract partners allows GT Workforce to provide technical equipment for sale and rent, and include
other services such as providing certifications and documentation for workers in Eemshaven. See our webshop for all

GT Workforce has its office established on the Eemshaven, to supply the large demand for labour and equipment required on
the large-scale projects at Eemshaven, including three energy power plants, storage facilities for oil and gas and a bio-energy
power plant in Delfzijl. These projects will create one of the largest demand for technical labour in the Netherlands, with
projections of approximately 6000 workers over a period of 3 to 5 years.
